School House Points

At our school, students are placed into one of four School Houses. The Houses are all named for words in the local Darug language.

Bembul (Green) - Earth

Gwianga (Red) - Fire

Guwarra (Yellow) - Wind

Badu (Blue) - Water

Students can earn points for their House in all areas of learning at our school. This includes, but is not limited to: good behaviour, answering questions in class, and competing in sports carnivals.

This term we are combining the Houses into two teams: Guwarra & Gwianga, and Badu & Bembul.

At the end of term, the team with the most points wins a House Appreciation Day. Students get to dress up in their House colours, and get an extended lunch break.
